We at IT Vision Technology (ITVT) stand for the implementation of innovative digital business solutions based on Microsoft technology in Germany since 2001. Since 2016 ITVT has an office in greater Amsterdam, which we now are transforming. We have ventured on a mission to build and grow ITVT Netherlands B.V. into a leading expert for digitization of business processes in the Benelux .

We work as an international ITVT team consisting of 220+ professionals with over 17 nationalities. Our experts have specializations in e.g., business consultancy, analysis, development, testing, enterprise architecture and/or project management.

As a Marketing Intern (m/f/d) at ITVT, you will have the chance to extensively broaden your overall Marketing skillset and work with the most modern tools and to gain experience in a futureproof industry segment.

Our ambition is to grow our online presence step by step. We do this by means of innovation, creativity, and personalized relevant content with which we build our ITVT brand and generate leads to drive business performance.

You will learn how to develop marketing strategies across channels, develop engaging content and use a broad range of media channels effectively. You will support the creation and implementation of communications plans, initiate and manage media relations, lead new communications initiatives, and to help take ITVT Netherlands B.V. to the next level. At the same time, you will develop a broad and deep understanding of the consulting market for business software.

While working closely together with the country manager and colleagues from other ITVT organizations, your mission is to work on:

• Online Marketing strategy: develop cross-channel marketing strategies and tactics
• Marketing Excellence: play at the forefront of best-in-class marketing across channels with use of most modern tools like Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
• Marketing analytics: learn how to capture marketing data and convert them into meaningful analysis using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics, and other online analytics tools
• Social Media performance: develop content strategies, work with copywriters, and our group graphic designer to create and publish highly relevant and engaging content, and become best-in-class on LinkedIn media publishing (organic and paid)

• About to graduate (Bachelor or Master) with a major in Marketing, Business economics, or a similar field, with good academic records
• A passion for start-ups and want to prepare for your own adventure down the road
• Strong analytical skills that you use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many domains
• Fluent (written and spoken) in English and Dutch is necessary, French a bonus and German would be nice to have
