As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (m/f/d) to join our Product Development team as soon as possible.

• Collaborate with our team to design and develop innovative products and project solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem.
• Develop Windows- and Azure-based services to extend business functionality and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications.
• Customize, enhance, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• As part of the Product Development team, design creative, scalable, and reliable technical solutions.
• Continuously improve development processes, best practices, and coding standards.
• Independently analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement functionality for development projects.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Successfully completed vocational training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Solid experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform environment.
• Experience with the following technologies and tools: Git, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Functions, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Knowledge of SSIS and React is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL, ideally Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with additional Microsoft Dynamics 365 products, such as Field Service or Business Central, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with a reliable and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude, enthusiasm for technology, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
