To ensure customer satisfaction by processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in Manila, Philippines office. The 2nd level support engineer pursues a solution-oriented consulting activity for customers. He is responsible for quickly solving all IT problems that arise in day-to-day business

Area of Responsibility

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Knowing the products inside and out to accurately assist customers
  • Support of the customer with IT problems
  • Part of a project / support team in the field of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, O365 and Azure Services technologies
  • Analysis and documentation of inquiries in the ticket system
  • Problem analysis, troubleshooting and 2nd level support in the event of malfunctions in direct contact with users, partners and manufacturers in the hardware and software area
  • Interface between customer support and ITVT support

Job Requirements

  • Good in English both oral and written communication
  • Can work with limited supervision
  • Accurate, well organized, persistent and quality driven
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
  • First Experience in application development using JavaScript and/or c#
  • Knowledge as an IT service employee
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and Office 365 environment would be desirable
  • First experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Services, O365, Azure Services, backup technologies, routing, VPN, mobile device management
  • Strong customer and service orientation
