2nd Level Support Engineer - Microsoft Infrastructure (m/f/d)

We are looking for a 2nd Level Support Engineer - Microsoft Infrastructure (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest opportunity and help deliver high-quality support services within our Microsoft infrastructure environment.

• Work as part of a project and support team focusing on Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies.
• Analyze, document, and track incidents and service requests using the ticketing system.
• Deliver 2nd level support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution in close collaboration with end users, partners, and technology vendors.
• Serve as the key liaison between customer support teams and ITVT support teams.
• Provide on-site support and consulting services at customer locations as required.

• Successfully completed vocational training in IT, preferably as an IT Specialist for System Integration (or an equivalent qualification).
• Professional experience in IT service and support environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Services, Microsoft 365, Azure Services, backup technologies, routing, VPNs, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Independent, results-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
